Cheshire's Year of Garden's '08 celebrates the established gardens in Chester and Cheshire as well as exploring the fresh green spaces around the region enjoying all things garden related.
That's because Cheshire has more gardens open to the public than anywhere else in the UK, many of international importance, others are simply the result of an urge to create a beautiful and enticing corner of the landscape in one of the most indulgent region's in the country.
Cheshire's Year of Gardens 08 - From a lavish display of flowers to inspirational art, fireworks and music - it's not only the bees buzzing about our gardens.
This year the nwfinefood Food Lovers Festival at Tatton Park carries the special Cheshire Year of Gardens theme and an exciting area has been designated within our food lovers festival in October to celebrate the contribution the town of Knutsford is making as their part in this celebration.
